Healthy, Low Fodmap Strawberry, Banana and Lime Smoothie

This is such a refreshing Low Fodmap, healthy Smoothie, and really filling too!

Strawberry, Banana and Lime Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 handful Strawberries (halved)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Lime juice
  • To cover Cold Water
Instructions
1. Put the bananas and strawberries into a mixer or a blender and add some cold water - just enough to cover them2. Mix in the lime juice to your taste.3. Add some ice cubes
