Hi! My name is Louise & welcome to my Dishes 4 IBS blog.

I have been on the Low Fodmap diet for quite a while now and any friends and family, who are lucky enough not to have IBS, are often confused about what I can and can't eat.  

This food blog will hopefully make it easier for them to understand my diet and will show them that the number of delicious Low Fodmap, IBS friendly dishes is endless.

This blog is also a great way for me to organise and store my favourite recipes. All too often I used to find myself on the hunt for those elusive recipes written on various scraps of paper!
