Summer Sticky Marmalade and Mustard Chicken

It is oh so wonderfully hot in the UK today! It's the perfect weather to eat outside and this summer dish is a superb choice!





These Marmalade and Mustard marinated Chicken thighs are sweet, punchy and delicious. We've just eaten these gorgeous beauties with a green salad and new potatoes but they are just as nice eaten as a snack on their own or would be ideal for a picnic.

Method and Ingredients
Mix 6 tablespoons of Orange Marmalade together with 3 tablespoons of grainy mustard and season with Black Pepper. Pour the mixture over 6 chicken thighs and then put them in a lined baking dish (with foil). 
Cook at 180 degrees fan for 30-35 minutes.
